Published Works

  • 2026  DASH  Literary  Journal

Lacey worked as the lead editor and cover artist for California State University, Fullerton's Literary Magazine, DASH.

Open to general submissions since 2008, DASH has published national and international poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, micro-literary criticism, hybrid texts, and artwork by authors and artists of all levels of experience, from first-time submitters through well-published creators.

In Issue 17 of DASH, Lacey was in charge of the cover, the layout, logo design, and the theme for the visuals. She also helped select the submissions for the magazine as well as edit the pieces to fit DASH's standards.

  • 2024 "Now You See It, Now You Don’t"

This exhibition, aptly titled “Now You See It, Now You Don’t,” showcased bronze sculpture works made by students, alumni, and faculty of Fullerton College.

Lacey's bronze sculpture, "Self Serve," was showcased at the Fullerton College Art Exhibit in 2024.

This piece, depicting a bronze casted hand emerging from a bowl of ramen, includes casted as well as sculpted elements. Lacey is commenting on self consumption by using cannibalistic elements. Taking several months to finish, Lacey worked on multiple aspects of the sculpture's construction including, sculpting, casting, and pouring molten bronze.

  • 2020 Fullerton College Student Art Exhibition

This student exhibition showcased multimedia works made by students of Fullerton College where Lacey's ceramic piece, "Together," was showcased.

This hand-built ceramic planter depicts images of women of many ages, sizes, and colors, together at a communal spa. This piece is inspired by Lacey's experiences at women only spas, seeing the beauty within different bodies in a nonsexual context.
